TEConnect is a private partner portal operated by BlueStar. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

If you are located in Europe, your contract is with BlueStar Europe Distribution BV, Koninginnegracht 19, 2514 AB Den Haag, The Netherlands. Otherwise, your contract is with United Radio Incorporated dba BlueStar, 3345 Point Pleasant Road, Hebron KY 41048, USA.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are located elsewhere in the European Economic Area, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer and data protection laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms takes that protection away.

Accounts are for named individuals acting on behalf of an organization in the technology channel. Registrations are reviewed by the BlueStar partner team before access is granted.

Use your business email address, keep your credentials confidential, and do not share your account.

Post accurate information about your organization and its software.

Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content, do not scrape or bulk-extract directory data, and do not use member contact features to send unsolicited bulk messages.

Do not attempt to access accounts, records or data that are not yours.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant BlueStar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and reproduce it for the purposes of operating the portal and administering and promoting the partner program — for example showing your listing in the directory or in partner program materials.

This licence ends for a piece of content when you remove it or your account is deleted, except where the content has been shared by others within the portal or where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including logos and screenshots.

Listings, approvals and program status are at BlueStar's discretion and may be reviewed, edited for accuracy, or removed.

The portal is provided on an ongoing basis but may change, and features may be added or withdrawn. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the portal.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or where the underlying partner relationship ends. Where practicable we will give you reasonable notice and a reason; for serious or unlawful breaches we may act immediately.

When an account ends, your access stops and your personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. You can request deletion of your account at any time from Your Profile.

The portal is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties about the portal, its content or its availability, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the portal is limited to the amounts you have paid us for access to the portal in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Because access is currently provided free of charge, this amount may be zero.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
